CardWizards Terms & Conditions
Order Acceptance
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to verification of inventory, pricing, payment authorization, and fraud screening. An order is considered accepted only after it has been processed and prepared for shipment.
Pricing
The trading card market changes rapidly. While we make every effort to keep our pricing accurate and up to date, occasional pricing errors may occur.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, data synchronization issue, or market movement that has not yet been reflected in our inventory, CardWizards reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund prior to shipment.
Inventory Availability
Although our inventory is updated regularly, products may occasionally become unavailable due to in-store sales, inventory discrepancies, or system synchronization delays.
If an item cannot be fulfilled, we will promptly notify the customer and issue a full refund for any unavailable item(s).
Trading Card Market Volatility
Trading card prices may change significantly within minutes or hours due to tournament results, product announcements, market demand, or other factors.
CardWizards reserves the right to cancel orders involving obvious pricing errors or extraordinary market fluctuations before shipment. Whenever possible, we will communicate the reason for the cancellation promptly.
Condition Standards
Unless otherwise stated, all single cards are sold in Near Mint condition based on our grading standards. Minor differences in grading opinion may exist between buyers, sellers, and third-party grading companies.
Images shown on the website may be representative and may not depict the exact item received unless specifically identified as the photographed item.
Sealed Products
Factory-sealed products are sold as received from the manufacturer or distributor. CardWizards cannot guarantee the contents of sealed products beyond the manufacturer's published product configuration.
Returns
Single cards may be returned only if they were shipped incorrectly or arrive materially different from the listed condition.
Sealed products may only be returned if they remain unopened and in their original condition, unless damaged during shipping.
Shipping
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, CardWizards is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned because of incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Fraud Prevention
To protect both our customers and our business, CardWizards reserves the right to cancel or delay any order that appears fraudulent, cannot be verified, or presents an unusual level of risk.
Limitation of Liability
CardWizards' liability for any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product(s).
